My calendar is already cleared in mid-May because I will be going to the annual Noosa International Food & Wine Festival. This four day festival is considered Australia’s leading regional food and wine festival and as a Sunshine Coast local, I feel privileged that this amazing event takes place in my own backyard.

The Kellogg’s Nutri-Grain IronMan Series and IronWoman Series features 41 of the country’s elite Surf Life Saving athletes competing in the surf ski, board paddle, ocean swim and beach sprint disciplines.

The Series is fought out over six rounds, set in one of the most challenging and unpredictable sporting environments – the surf. You won’t want to miss the final round to be fought out in Noosa.
