My calendar is already cleared in mid-May because I will be going to the annual Noosa International Food & Wine Festival. This four day festival is considered Australia’s leading regional food and wine festival and as a Sunshine Coast local, I feel privileged that this amazing event takes place in my own backyard.

Off we go, in our bus. Some beautiful scenery beckons and great food tasting is, well, the cherry on top. We are on a food and wine tasting trail with SunAir, a company many of us will know as the bus that runs to-and-from the airport. Paul, our driver, is already cracking wonderfully terrible jokes. I hope he knows his way round the coast better than he does around a comedy routine.
